Course objectives
After successful completion of the course "Fitness Training" will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the background, principles and principles of planning and execution of fitness training.
- Demonstrate knowledge of specific strength training, speed, endurance, flexibility and coordination skills.
- Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in micro level planning cycles, meso and macro cycles.
- Properly define, analyze the record (and critically evaluate) training indicators.
- Propose training plans (PS) for the sports industry, which the student pays.
- Demonstrate examples of the development of motor skills in practice.
- To transform theoretical knowledge into practical plane.

Assessment methods
Test, a student is awarded based on the succesfull completion of oral examination and the recognition of sufficient quality of workmanship seminar work. Students will be tested from 2 of the total number of 15 groups of questions. Questions have picked student. Each question is evaluated by more than 10 points (total student can get 20 points. The successful completion is necessary to get at least 2 points from each question, a total of at least 11 points.
Rating:
A: 19 to 20 points
B: 17 - 18 points
C: 15 to 16 points
D: 13 to 14 points
E: 11 to 12 points
F: 10 or fewer points
The content of seminar work is to create a training plan mezocyklu and training unit for the selected period of training selected group of Security Forces (range 4-5 pages A4). Evaluated the ability to apply acquired theoretical knowledge and practical experience in drawing up training plans. For each plan you can earn 5 points (total for two plans 10 points). Minimum threshold for recognition of satisfactory quality of the project is 7 points.
