Syllabus
  • 1. Strategical, tactical and technical principles of self-defence 2. Selection of techniques in self-defence 3. Basic combative techniques - punches - kicks - throws - joint locks 4. Defence against knife 5. Defence against short staff 6. Defence at gunpoint 7. Defence in disadvantaged position 8. Defence against group of attackers 9. Model self-defence situation
