Prerequisites
Passing the subject of skiing from the previous Bachelor's degree. Students build up a battery of suitable physical activities with respect to allocation, terrain profile and specific group (load, time subsidy - through seminar), perform in-house testing and measurement (In-Body, field test - sporttester, laboratory test results) the program (organization, management and evaluation of the program) of the target activity and will evaluate the proposed program.

Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to apply knowledge of the locomotive and nutritional program in winter outdoor activities.
Learning outcomes
Students completing the course will be able to build on the basis of diagnosis and implement an outdoor program for a specific group of clients (the athletes of different performance, women, elderly, etc.)in the natural environment. Students will be able to analyze the health risks associated with outdoor program on the basis of the prevention of injury and chronic musculoskeletal damage customize an exercise program design environment including the client's needs. Students will be able to diagnose the effectiveness of the intervention program through modern measuring methods (In-Body, sport testers).
