  • Introduction to the subject
  • Basic terms - fitness, motoric skills, physical condition, training, reaction and adaptation to the physical londing
  • Physiological reactions and adaptations, patophysiological maladaptations
  • Physiological principles of sport training
  • Physiology of skeletal muscles
  • Patophysiology of muscle injuries
  • Physiology and patophysiology of body homeostasis
  • Physiology and patophysiology of neural regulation during training
  • Physiology and patophysiology of endocrinne regulations during training
