Course objectives
The aim of subject Conditional Training 2 is continue in the subject Conditional training 1, there wiil be provide knowledge about conditional training, diagnostic of talent selection in children. Students wil have inforamtion about forms and methods of physical abilities development and planning of training sessions and microcycles in children.
Learning outcomes
After successfull comletion student will be able to:
- to interprete basic of training in children and youth,
- to evaluate suitability of physical abilities forms and methods in children amd youth,
- to do plans of training sessions and microcycles for children and youth
- to interprete and diagnose muscle dysbalances
- to evaluate suitability of compensatory excersise for children and youth
- to interprete basic of identification and selection of talents in sport

  • Conditional training of children and youth - specifics
  • Long-term conditional training
  • Specifics of strength training in children and youth
  • Core training in children and youth
  • Strengthening of children with resistance (heavy balls, dumbells, expanders)
  • Specifics of speed training in children and youth
  • Specifics of coordination in chlidren and youth and using coordination to development of strength, endurance and speed
  • Specifics of endurance and flexibility development in children and youth
  • Sport diagnostic in children and youth
  • identification and selection of talent
  • Muscle dysbalance, their causes and correction in children and youth
  • Rate of training related to age, training, phase of training, health aspects and biology maturity
