Course objectives
This course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills needed for pedagogical practice in the institutional environment (predominantly school) and in the environment of leisure activities. The students gain competences within the pedagogical activity based on the various stages of ontogenetic development (from birth to seniority). Also topic targeting educational process with individuals from minority population groups will be covered
Learning outcomes
After passing the course student will be able to:
- orientate in basic terms and principles of pedagogical guidance of different population groups, including education and nurturing and their aplication into practice,
- define and analyze educational and upbringing processes in the common, exclusive and inclusive environment,
- understand the consequences of various environments and their application into practice,
- utilize feedback and self-reflection in educational environment.
Syllabus
  • Lectures: - subject : pedagogy - education psychology, network of psychology subjects, education, formation
  • - Relation: development - maturation - education - learning. Education intervention in ontogenesis, impact on psyche and behavior. - Teaching and learning, consequences: age - executive functions (including giftedness and disability), social environment including family. - The personality of pupil, student, student with special needs. - Psychology of the teaching, training. Success, fall - as the loading situation. - Teaching/learning: definition, process, models, types, motor learning. - Issue: competencies. - Learning styles and strategies. Learning environment: general, inclusive, paralel, separate. - Psychology of education, psycho-hygiene: class environment. Burnout syndrom.
