Course objectives
The course offers the basic information about the health, healthy lifestyle and a suitable locomotory regime. It focuses on the expansion of the knowlegde about health and a positive approach towards sports activities, which helps to protect against civilization diseases, conflicts and stress. It aims to support students´ healthy lifestyle.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - independently perform more complex exercises that are based on functional chains, using correct posture and breathing
