Course objectives
Preparing for a trainer license in cross-country skiing
Learning outcomes
Education of cross country skiing training, practical execise on course, theoretical during term.
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- to understand the process of adaptation for sport performance.
- to solve the development of the motor abilities
- to analyze the effects of sporting training in XC skiing
- to prepare the plan of training process and to manage it
