Preparing for a biathlon coaching license
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Interpret the basic shooting training and training for cross country skiing Biathlon

  • History of biathlon
  • theory of training in sport
  • theory of the training in shooting
  • shooting training
  • theoretical and practical basics of cross-country skiing and free style.
