Course objectives
Theory and practice of downhill skiing - Alpine disciplines. Practical training of downhill skiing techniques focused on improving the individual disciplines. Theoretical lectures - Analysis of skiing technique builds on previous articles (biomechanics, physiology ...) atvoří set of knowledge for didactics.
Learning outcomes
The student will be acquainted with the complementary forms of sports training used especially at the end of the preparatory period and during the main season, such as model training, imitating exercises, etc. It will also use instruments and aids - ski simulators, trainers, trampolines, balancing aids and special exercises, CORE training.
