Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the practical and theoretical basis of athletic training in decathlon and heptathlon, technique of individual disciplines, analysis and correction of mistakes. Furthermore, the aim is to prepare students for the leading, recording, analysis and planning of athletic decathlon and heptathlon training.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
apply knowledge about the structure of sport performance in all-around athletic
control technique of disciplines in all-around athletic
analyze and assess the most common errors in design technique of all-around athletic
practice athletic training in the complex of running, jumping, and shotput disciplines

Teaching methods
Practical exercises, theoretical training, seminar presentations of students
Assessment methods
The test is given on the basis of succesfull passing an oral examination and active participation in practical teaching. The test consists of 3 questions assessed a total of 30 points. The successful completion of the required minimum of 60% success rate. This examination is knowledge of the structure of sport performance, technology and rules of all-around athletic disciplines, planning, recording and analysis of sports training . The student must actively complete at least 90% practical training. Based on the successful completion of the student has the right to obtain a license coach athletics II. class in Athletics.
