Course objectives
The goal of the course is exploration of both the positive and negative impacts of technological progress and innovation. After passing this course, student will be able to analyze and evaluate various aspects of specific technologies with regards to their impact on the security of states or societies.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to understand, think about and evaluate possible or probable impacts of new technologies on human conflicts and warfare.

Grade is based on student presentation, position papers, final paper and exam. A: 92-100, B: 84-91, C: 76-83, D: 68-75, E: 60-67, F: 59 or less.
