Vstupní předpoklady: základní orientace v problematice politických stran a systémů politických stran; pasívní znalost angličtiny, případně němčiny a jiných středo- a východoevropských jazyků; schopnost práce s materiály on-line.

Předmět je zakončen zápočtem. Podmínkou získání zápočtu je ústní referát a zpracování písemné seminární práce o rozsahu 10-15 normostran. Výuka kombinuje seminární formu a individuální konzultace.
