Course objectives
At the end of learning period of the course, students should: understand the main concepts and features of public administration; be aware of the legal framework of public administration in the context of its development; be aware of the role of public administration in making and carrying out political decision; be able to analyze a concrete administrative procedure or act; be able to design administrative procedure towards solutions of a public policy issue.

Teaching methods
Lectures supported by reading and moderated group discussions.
Assessment methods
Written test forms the exam. Grading criteria: A = 18-20 points, B = 15-17, C = 12-14 points, D = 9-11, E = 6-8, F = 5 points and below. The test (max. 20 points) comprises 10 multiple choice questions.
