Course objectives
Psychoterapeutic techniques of selected psychoterapeutic approaches are intruduce in this course. Students will learn these techniques by their own experience with psychoterapeutic work in group. Subject is divided in three parts, each part lead by special lector.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- use information and practical experience for personal and professional development
- explain the differences between the presented therapeutic approaches
- interpret own experience with psychoterapeutic techniques on the basis of theoretical knowledge
Syllabus
  • 1.Specific use of therapeutic techniques
  • Lector: Dr. Roman Hytych
  • Specific use of therapeutic techniques in different stages of the psychotherapeutic process with emphasis on the ethical aspects of therapeutic work. (eg warm up techniques and closing rituals, sharing in a group, capture the current group structure, etc.)
  • 2.Psychotherapeutic technics of Solution focused therapy
  • Lector: Dr. Leoš Zatloukal
  • In this block, students will learn how to use selected techniques of therapy focused on solutions and Ericksonian approaches.
  • 3.Psychotherapeutic technics of narative therapy
  • Lector: Mgr. Petr Doležal
  • At the seminar students will learn the basic principles of narrative psychotherapy. The seminar will show their use in working with individuals and couples.
