Course objectives
This course is intended as scientific overview of the guerilla and partisan activities in the history and in the contemporary world. Main objective of the course is to explain specific character of guerilla and partisan war. Students should be able to analyze elements of guerilla and partisan warafare in political context of various areas.

Partisans and guerilla 1946-1989 10. Contemporary partisans and guerilla in Europe and America 11. Contemporary partisans and guerilla in Asia and Oceania 12. Assessment methods
Each week: lectures, class discussions (including students presentations) Students will receive a final letter grade (A-F) for the semester based on the following components: 25% Position papers 25% Presentation and seminary thesis; 50% Final written exam. Grading: 56-60: A 51-55: B 46-50: C 41-45: D 36-40: E 35-0: F.
