Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem kurzu je uvedení do sociálně vědeckých teorií rozvojových studií, skrze multidisciplinární přístup, který umožňuje kritickou analýzu jednotlivých problematik rozvoje. Důraz je kladen na kritické chápání rozvoje jako konkrétního v historii zapuštěného projektu a jako politických, ekonomických a kulturních praktik v kontextu pozdní modernity. Kurz nabízí nejenom zevrubné seznámení s makro přístupy inspirovanými zejména ekonomickými teoriemi, ale i stále vlivnější mikro-přístupy generované v kontextu přístupech zaměřených na člověka, kódovaných jako přístup základních potřeb a nejnověji reformulovaných do přístupu základních práva a oprávnění. Dále je pozornost věnována sektorálním analýzám, jako přístup ke zdravotní péči, dostupnost vzdělání, redukce chudoby. Mimo kritiku ekonomického redukcionismu je nabídnuta kulturologická kritika rozvoje v kontextu post-koloniálních studií, sub-altern a gender studií. Základní schéma implementace rozvoje – projektový management je kriticky nahlížen v kontextu nejnovějších možností generovaných v teoriích dynamických systémů, který integruje do implementačních schémat akceptaci neinstitucionální ekonomie jako mainstreamového přístupu k ekonomickému rozvoji.
