Course objectives
The aim of this course is an introduction to more general topics of mental hygiene with emphasis on discussion, self-experience and practice of selected mental hygiene techniques (autogenic training, progressive relaxation etc.).
Syllabus
  • 1. Mental hygiene as a scientific discipline 2. Stress and adaptation 3. Individual differences in adaptation to stress 4. Regimen, mental hygiene of work, time management 5. Normality and mental health, crisis and it's role in a human life 6. Life philosophy, values, sense, transcendence
