Course objectives
The course contents of students presentations of their experience from internship. Students are supposed to present their own work which was a part of their internsip in different kinds of prganizations as well as the tehir analytical work. They draw up an internship report where they reflect their work and accomplish a gender audit of the organization. On successful completion of the course student will be able to

evaluate gender aspects of the organization (gender audit)
elaborate of a final internship report
present their analytical texts
rewiev analytical texts of others
identify mechanisms of gender reproduction within the organization
propose arrangement of eliminating gender unequality
gain information about institutions in noncomercial as well as comercial sector
