Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to practice knowleges gained in civil procedure law.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to particular procedural situations.

  • 1. Appeal 2. Revision 3. Action for reopening the proceedings and for nulity 4. Costs of proceedings 5. Non contentious proceedings.

Teaching methods
