Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide students with details on the legal regulation of the internal market and different common policies (competition, tax law, consumer protection, labour law and social security, external trade relations etc.), including second and third EU pillars. Particular attention is paid to the constitutional development (EU Constitutional Treaty).

  • Internal Market - foundations, economic and monetary union, competition law, state subsidies, tax law, external trade relations labour law and social security, consumer protection, second pillar of EU, schengen acquis and cooperation in police and criminal matters (third pillar) particularities of the Czech membership EU Constitutional treaty - developments
