Course objectives
The aim of this course is to explain the system of liability for breach of standards of financial law in its fiscal and non-fiscal part and help students to become familiar and understand the differences between the catalogs of possible sanctions.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to define and describe various elements if financial liability; thanks to this knowledge they will be also able to find correct solutions of specific cases.

  • Legal liability as a part of social responsibility.
  • Classifcation responsibility.
  • Liability for breach of standards of financial law and financial law responsibility.
  • Legal liability in the fiscal subsystems of financial law.
  • Legal liability in the non-fiscal subsystems of financial law.

Teaching methods
Lectures with discussion
Assessment methods
The colloquium, consisting of written and oral part. Written exam: 10 questions, each evaluated 1-4; if 3 or more questions are evaluated 4, the final result is F. Grades are averaged, and if the result is better than 3, student continues to oral part of the exam. Oral exam: 2 questions verifying the knowledge. If one question is evaluated F, the final result is F. The final grade is influenced by both writte and oral part of the exam.
