Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to acquaint student with theoretical basics and practical methods of research in libraries, electronic databases, in Eur-LEX and web pages. The absolvent should be able to find any information abou tthe EU law, as well as the case law of the Court of Justice, find the relevant information in databazes of the Republic as well as the European Union.

  • 2. Mulitlingualism of the EU, methods of interpretation;
  • 3. Case law of the Court of Justice related to the Official Journal;
