Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: define basic juridical institutes of Civil Law; entitle the juridical relations of the special part of Civil Law; work with the information on the system of special part of Civil Law and its connection to whole system of Civil Law; understand the theoretical concept of the civil law relations regulated in the special part of Civil Law; master the practical applications of the special Civil Law relations; express own opinin about the development of the legal regulation special part of Civil law in the Czech Republic; in European context; make deduction based on acquired knowledge on particular situation.

Teaching methods
Lectures are concentrated into 3 sessions (blocks). The content of the lectures is continuation of the Civil (Sustantive) Law, General part., is focused on "special part" of Czech Civil law (substantive); those lectures are supplemented by the individual studies - by reading books, multimedial study texts, judicature, and other e-learning materials.
Assessment methods
Exam combined: written and oral part. During the written exam is allowed to use the legal texts (without commentary). The written part or the exam is in the form of alternating choice test (a,b,c,d),there is always least one answer always correct. It is necessary to get at least 9 points (of 20 possible). The oral part follows - discussion on related topics, if the students score is lower, during the preparation for oral part is not allowed to use the legal texts.
