Course objectives
The aim of the course Civil law I is - on the level corresponding with doctoral study program - to give the basic aknowledges of private and civil law, inclusive its systemic incorporation to the frame of legal order and its own system. Futher to give the aknowledges of principles, rules and sources of civil law and the juridical facts.
Syllabus
  • 1. The basic conception of civil law. 2. The position of the civil law in the whole system of law. 3. The internal system of civil law. 4. The principles of civil law. 5. The rules and sources of civil law. 6. Theorical and practical issues of juridical facts. 7. Theorical and practical issues of juridical acts. 8. Theory and practice of contract law. 9. The notion of time in civil law.
