Course objectives
Students will learn to understand the principle of social representation and problems relating to its application. In addition, the social dialogue and forms of its functioning will be analysed. They will get to know the basic principles of communication will be able to apply them to collective bargaining, especially bargaining on collective agreement.
Syllabus
  • - social dialogue, - social representation and legal representation - plurality of trade unions and social dialogue, - bargaining on conclusion of an collective agreement, - principle of particular employer = one collective agreement.
