Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to make the students acquainted with some of the key classical works in the field of comparative constitutional law as well as with some examples of the current works in progress or fresh pieces by leading academics.
Learning outcomes
The student will be: - acquainted with the key CCL literature - able to understand current trends in comparative constitutional law
