Course objectives
To continue in the Legal informatics lectures and to make students familiar with other possibilities of working with Czech law using legal information systems.
Syllabus
  • - advanced work with Czech legal information systems
  • - advanced use of indexes and semi-automatic information retrieval tools
  • - semi-automatic processing of legal recherche - advanced processing of case-law (including citations) - Czech legal information systems (on-line search engines, case-law systems)
