Integral part of the course Private international law II. It deals with the international dimension of the intellectual property protection, different rights and disposition with them.
Syllabus
  • International conventions relating to intellectual property rights, existing within the system of the Paris Union and Berne Copyright convention. TRIPS convention (WTO). Private law aspects of those rights - conflict of laws, international licence agreements etc.

  • Mezinárodní úmluvy na ochranu duševního vlastnictví v rámci WIPO. Pařížská unijní úmluva. Další úmluvy o jednotlivých právech průmyslových, autorských a příbuzných. Mezinárodní úmluvy týkající se duševního vlastnictví v rámci WTO (TRIPS). Zapojení ČR do uvedených úmluv.
