Course objectives
The main objective of this course is to equip students with basic knowledge of basic issues and administrative law institutes, as well as certain skills and abilities to apply the acquired knowledge to practical problems.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: - Understand the essence and mission of administrative law and public administration, - Explain their functions, - Explain their merit, - Focus on case studies, and - Justify selected case study solution.
Syllabus
  • Public administration activities. Functions and methods of public administration. Requirements and principles of public admnistration activities. Discretionary powers of public administration. Administrative acts and other forms of public administration activities. Public administration control. Legal guarantees in public administration. Administrative punishment.
