Course objectives
At the end of the coursestudents will be able to interpret tropes found in texts and legal phrases. They will understand the linguistic and historical contexts and will be able to translate texts adequately.
Syllabus
  • Revision. Ablative. Translation - Cicero: De legibus, In Catilinam orationes Rhetorical figures. Tropes. Translation. Codex iuris canonici. Leges XII tabularum.
