Course objectives
The aim of this course is to intensify the studentsknowledge form the collective labour law. The legal framework of social dialogue and information about tactics, strategy and techniques of communication with using of theory of driving conflicts and team work represent the fundamental parts of this course. By passing the course the profile of a graduate from university studies will be extended. Student will be able to apply acquired knowledge and skills in communication during any negotiation or bargaining between partners.
Syllabus
  • Conception, subject and content of social dialogue in the Czech Republic and the Euroeap Union. Legal, economic and personnal framework of social dialogue. The content of collective agreements and collective disputes. Skill and technique of communication. Tactics of bargaining in the conclusion of the collective agreement. Practical application of the tactics of bargaining in the individual steps of the conclusion of the collective agreement.

Interactive teaching methods, lectures tactics, strategy and techniques of communication, presentations solution of model situations.
Assessment methods
During colloquium presentation of solution of provided problem in individual performance by using knowledge and skills acquired.
