Course objectives
The selective course focus on public a private legal aspects of the commercial activity.
The principal aim is synthesis and cavity of knowledge obtaining from learning of fundamental courses.
Syllabus
  • General concept of business activity (characteristic of business, individual and corporate business).
  • Commercial activity, sorts of trade licence, beginning, change and expiration of trade licence, trade relationships and its mode under civil and business law, tax liability of trader.
  • Criminal protection of business activity.
  • Trader in agriculture and his legal position.
  • Profession as business activity.
