Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand and explain a legal definition of flat in Private and Public Law;
intererpret the flat in the consequences in the Czech Law;
make reasoned decisions about contracts of the flat;

Assessment methods
Ending of the course is in the form of colloquium, it contens the written and the oral part. During the written exam is allowed to use the legal texts (without commentary). The written part is in the form of alternating choice test (a,b,c,d),there is always least one answer always correct. It is necessary to get at least 11 points (of 20 possible). The oral part follows - discussion on related topics, if the students score is lower, during the preparation for oral part is not allowed to use the legal texts.
