Course objectives
Social Security of the Self-Employed Persons is the extention and the supplement of the Social Security Law. It deals with the social security of the self-employed persons, particularly with the special regulations of their positions in comparison with the general regulation of the social security of the employed persons.
Syllabus
  • 1. The definition of the self-employed persons in the Social Security Law 2. The self-employed person in Health Insurance 3. The self-employed person in Sickness Insurance 4. The self-employed person in Pension Insurance 5. The self employed person in State Social Benefit Scheme and in Social Assistance System
