Course objectives
Characterisation of basic institutes of municipal and regional finances
Syllabus
  • Characterisation of basic institutes of municipal budgets. Municipal and regional budgets within the system of public budgets. Local finance in the epoch of local national committees. Position of villages and regions in securing public goods, legal regulation for budgetary and contributory organisations under the collective form of community business activities. Monetary funds. Budget procedure. Composition of budgets. Other municipal monetary funds. Financial control.
