Course objectives
The aim of this course is to continue in the Legal Informatics and make students familiar with some conceptual questions of the work with legal information.
Syllabus
  • Current issues of work with legal information, literature and case-law revies to specific cases, mainly: • Evaluation of the case-law relevance for collective solution of nontrivial legal issues. • Semantic web • Information retrieval.

Exercises in computer lab.
Assessment methods
To obtain the colloquium, student need to fulfil the cumulative conditions set up in the interactive syllabus (active participation in at least five lectures; semestral group project and its presentation; individual assignment on retrieval of legal information)
