Course objectives
The goal is to give students chance to use their legal knowlegdge on real cases and to use interdisciplinary approach. The goal i also to develop studentś ability to use practical legal skills, such as cummunication, presentation, argumentation or team cooperation.
Syllabus
  • Intensive series of workshops in 5 days in September.
Literature
  • Jedná se o nácvik dovedností, tudíž budou využívány konkrétní případy a dokumenty s nimi související a dále právní právní předpisy. Se speciální studijní pomůckou se nepočítá.
Teaching methods
- group work - simluations/mock trials - role playing - facilitated discussions - discussions with experts
Assessment methods
Credit will be given on the base of full particopation in all part sof the program. Attendance list will be used for confirmation.
