Výstupy z učení
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
a) Explain rights and liabilities of parties to the employment contract;
b) Discuss collective bargaining and trade unionism in the labour discourse;
c) Analyse the process of termination of employment contracts;
d) Evaluate the evolving nature of labour and employment law in Kenya.

  • Rights and duties of employer/employee;
  • Collective bargaining procedures, practises and agreements;
  • Labour unions, Termination of employment; Emerging issues in labour law in Kenya.

Metody hodnocení
An examination comprising of ten (10) multiple choice questions and one (1) problem question shall be administered at the end of Class 10. The exam will be graded on a pass/fail basis.
