Course objectives
Judicial Control of Public Administration Basic concepts and institutions of administrative justice; Systems of judicial control over state administration; History of Czech administrative justice; Organization of administrative justice; Constitutional regulation of administrative justice; Principles of legal regulation; Decision-making in Actions against administrative agency decisions; Decision-making in remedies against administrative agency decisions.
