Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to practice knowleges gained in civil law and civil procedure law.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations.

Sale of movable and immovable assets, sale of a business. 6. Satisfaction of rights to non- pecuniary fulfilment. 7. Execution according to execution order. 8. Insolvency I. 9. Insolvency II. 10.
