Course objectives
Objective of this course is to provide basic information about health care management. Students are introduced to various types of health care institutions and health care system funding. This course covers fields of personal management and organisational culture. Big emphasis is put on a field of quality of provided services, measuring and control. Subject objectives- student will be able to: - understand and create SWOT analysis; - apply basic management knowledge in health care; - create project and present in for her/his colleagues;
