Výuka diagnostických a terapeutických postupů v porodnictví.
Syllabus
  • The program aims to give the students a broad knowledge in the field of obstetrics from the point of view of theory and practice.. It has no links with previous secondary school education. It presents the basic subject for the future professional activities of midwives.The lectures are divided in three semesters. They aim to procure the students a deep knowledge of no risk, risk and high risk pregnancies, the conduct of spontaneous, high risk and operative deliveries and physiology and pathology of puerperium including the lactation. The obstetrics is subdivided in 45 lectures: enbryonic and fetal development, pregnancy changes of maternal organism, immunology of pregnancy, miscarriage, perinatal medicine, antenatal surveillance, prenatal diagnosis, investigation methods in obstetrics, prepartum preparation, no risk, risk and high risk pregnancies, organisation of obstetrical care, obstetric analgesia and anesthesia, spontaneous delivery, the conduct of spontaneous delivery, normal postpartum and lactation, new ideas in obstetrics, future visions, premature delivery, postterm pregnancy, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, isoimmunisation, diabetes in pregnancy, multiple pregnancy, fetal distress, bleeding in pregnancy and during the delivery, drug abuse in pregnancy, renal disorders in pregnancy, gynecology disorders in pregnancy, oncology and pregnancy, trauma in pregnancy, cervical incompetence, caesarean section, perinatal injuries, medicolegal problems in pregnancy, Cardiovascular problems in pregnancy, gastroenterology and pregnancy, induction of labor, pathology of the pelvis and uterine contractions, irregular fetal lie, obstetric surgery, the disturbances in puerperium and lactation, maternal mortality and morbidity, sudden maternal death in pregnancy, during the delivery and in postpartum period.
