Prerequisites
The students will be able to define the basic nursing care of management of nursing. They will obtain information on specific necessities of managing of nursing care, particularly in the area of the risk management, human resource management and further information which occur in economy in health care. The students will be able to apply theoretical knowledge obtained in the subject of Management of nursing to providing nursing care.

Course objectives
The students will define the principles in management of nursing. The students will define the principles in economy in health care. The students will be oriented in the problems of the human resurce. The students will demonstrate the knowledge of the ethical view of the organization in the context. The students will define the basic rules of control the quality of health care. The students will classify the risk factors associated with the risk management in the health system. The students will define the basic requirements for the management and resources The students will classify risk factors of the medical treatment followed by nursing care
