Course objectives
After completionm of study the student will have the basic knowledge about clinical course of internal disorders,and also to intervene with therapy within the frame of his - her specialization.The students will be able to provide a qualified first aid in acute events.
The content of education tie together with the knowledge on 2nd session.
Syllabus
  • Hematology. Polycytemia. Polyglobulia.
  • Haematological malignancies
  • Bleeding disorders
  • Transfusion. Bone marrow.
  • Inflamatory point disease. Rheumatoid arthritis. Systemic connective tissue disease.
  • Osteoarthrosis. Spinal and back disease.
  • Clinical examination of the critically ill patient. Neurological failure. Disorders of heart rate.
  • Resuscitation. Defibrillation. Cardioversion. Pacemakers. Shock.
  • Pulmonary embolism. Astma . Pneumotorax.
  • Critical care of the hematology. Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Haemophilia. Haemolytic anemia.
  • Acute gastrointestinal haemorrhage.
  • Critical care of the diabetes mellitus. Hypoglycaemic and diabetic coma.
  • Acute and chronic liver failure.
  • Acute renal failure.
  • Disorders of acid-base balance
