Syllabus (in Czech)

• 1. Klasifikace léčiv. Mechanismy účinků léčiv. Základy farmakokinetiky. Lékové interakce.
• 2. Nežádoucí účinky léčiv. Obecné zásady terapie otrav. Účelná farmakoterapie.
• 3. Preklinické a klinické zkoušení nových léčiv.
• 4. Neurotropní léky. Psychofarmaka.
• 5. Anestetika. Analgetika.
• 6. Farmakoterapie hypertenze, anginy pectoris, hyperlipoproteinémií, srdečního selhání a srdečních arytmií.
• 7. Antibiotika a chemoterapeutika.
