Course objectives
The aim of the practical course is to prepare students for the creation of a scholarly text. In connection with other subjects of academic work, we focus mainly on searching for scholarly sources, citations, and processing of quantitative data in Excel. The course is a preparation for the elaboration of seminar and bachelor thesis and for the creation of scholarly materials in the frame of professional practice.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to: - find and access scholarly resources for creating his/her own work, - create a scholarly text in line with academic practice, - use the possibilities of Word for writing scholarly text, - create a bibliographic record according to the AMA standard, - apply the rules of publishing and citation ethics, - process quantitative research data in Excel.

100% attendance, active participation in practices, elaboration of practical tasks, creation of field seminar work in accordance with requirements for scholarly texts.
