Course objectives
In the practical part of the course, the goal is to acquire practical skills of an extent that will allow the graduate to be easily included in laboratory teams of laboratories in which immunohematological laboratory performances and / or work teams are carried out in ZTS where the production of transfusion products (auto and allogeneic). Emphasis is placed on gaining the capabilities of focused attention and precision and awareness of responsibility for your work. The aim is for graduates to master the basics of safety and health at work with biological materials and to adopt the ethics of a health worker.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student will be able to practically perform, control and release the results of immunohematological examinations including HLA examination, evaluate the quality of the analytical sample, use laboratory information systems, know and observe the principles of good laboratory practice and good manufacturing practice, participate in the production of quality management documents, communicate with clinicians.
