Course objectives
The goal of nursing practice, the preparation and education of nurses to acquire knowledge to the implementation of nursing care for clients in age. Students obtain information on the facilities where the care is provided.
Syllabus
  • In the course of nursing practice students involved in nursing care in accordance with Decree No. 424/2004 Coll. Laying down the activities of health workers and other professionals. Workplaces and acquaint the student receives information about: - Characteristics of the workplace, which is exercised professional experience, - Organizational structure of the workplace, - Business of individual workers, equipment, personnel, - Features tracks clients - Legislative provisions that work in this facility governed, - How the client's case file, - Difficulties in obtaining information and their validity, - Typology of social problems of clients selected department, - Institutions, agencies and organizations cooperating in solving social problems of clients each facility, - Forms of gathering information on the clients of a social workplace, - Ways of keeping record of clients - Visits to the client in a family environment, the record of visits - The protection of people in a family environment. Performance and their frequency, which has a student / s in the course of nursing practice to meet: - Creation Plan nursing care for the patient / client a higher age group 2 - Creation edukačního plan for the patient / client a higher age group 3 - Creation of the plan to prepare for the age of 2 - Creation of the plan maintain the quality of life of the patient / client a higher age group 1 - Diagnosis of functional capabilities patient / client a higher age groups 6x - Diagnosis of accompanying symptoms of a patient in the final phase of life 2x - Creation and implementation plan for nursing care patients in the last phase of life 2x - Creation and implementation of the plan edukačního patient in the final phase of life 2x - Creation of standards for the provision of assistance to persons near the patient in the last stage of life 1 - Monitoring of accompanying symptoms of a patient in the final phase of life 10x
