Course objectives
- Practice the basic principles of education; - Prepare an education plan; - to provide education in the context of intensive nursing care provided; - Evaluation of the educational process.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate the educational process of a patient, family in intensive care.
Syllabus
  • Presentation of the educational plan on the selected topic from the area of intensive nursing care, including the own elaboration of educational information material (target group - patient, family, employee in the adaptation process, general public, ...).

Practicing educational goals, Discussion groups, Model situations, Presentations.
Assessment methods
Requirements for the completion of the course: • Active participation of students in course (excused absences of the student - 1x /semester, two lessons); • elaboration and presentation of seminar work - education on a selected topic from intensive medicine, including processing of information material. The subject is completed by credit.
